Many individuals inquire whether there exists a remedy in your Vastu Shastra that allows for instant health. If you are battling an illness and the medications are not working as they should, or if you are facing a terminal illness with no solution in medical science, my suggestion is for you to examine your sleeping place. If possible, consider changing your sleeping location.

In 1985, there is evidence of an experiment conducted. Dr. Veronica Carstens, the wife of Karl Carstens, who was the President of Germany, took 700 terminally ill cancer patients for whom treatment was beyond the capabilities of medical science. By practicing Indian Vastu Shastra, Feng Shui, and geopathic stress, Dr. Veronica placed these patients in locations where sleeping would maximize their energy. And the fascinating part is, all 700 patients were healed simply by altering their sleeping environment or position.

We all can do this, and to do so, the first thing you need to do is go to your Vastu or home, approximately locate the center, and then go to the room that falls in the south and west directions to start sleeping there. If this is not feasible, start sleeping in the room in the south.

For the chosen room for sleeping, ensure that your bed is in the south or west direction or the south direction. Now, the most crucial thing for sleeping is what has been mentioned in Vishwakarma Prakash:

दक्षिणे शयनम् ।
– विश्वकर्मा प्रकाश

Sleep to the south.

This means you should sleep with your head towards the south. If this is not possible, you should keep it towards the east. But the south is the best direction. Now, for a speedy recovery after sleeping, you must ensure that there is no beam or ledge above your bed or above your head. Your bed should not be positioned directly under a column. Create a little distance from the column to sleep.

One more tip for you: The room where you sleep should be adorned with sea green, blue, or purple colors. If that’s not feasible, opt for mattresses, pillow covers, and curtains in those hues.

If you’re going through a tough time, my advice is to place a yellow crystal bowl filled with water in the northeast corner of your sleeping space. In the southwest corner, place a blue crystal. Additionally, placing rose quartz in the southwest direction of your room will bring unimaginable benefits.

These small adjustments will impact your health. As Peter Drucker wisely said,

“Our sleep is a golden chain that ties our health and bodies together.”

Maharishi Charak has also said:

निद्रायतम् सुखम् दुखम्
पुष्टि कार्श्यंम् बलाबलम्।
– महर्षि चरक

Nidrayatam sukham dukham
Pushti karshyam balabalam.
– Maharishi Charak

So first, assess your sleeping room and if possible, sleep with your head towards the south. I strongly believe that this will make an immediate difference to your health.
